About the Cooperative
Casa Carey R.L.
The Casa Carey Cooperative was born due to the union between Patrollers, women weavers, and community members. We have been carrying out conservation actions in the Estero Padre Ramos nature reserve in previous years with the support of the NGO Fauna & Flora. We decided to organize ourselves as a cooperative to continue conserving in an organized way and promote a livelihood that allows us to improve our quality of life.
